Below is a list of "Frequently Asked Questions" or problems associated with accessing ConnectMR resources. Click on a question to be directed to the answer below.

1. Who has access to the ConnectMR site?

Anyone who has done a USMRC training course and who has a current membership.

2. What should I do if I forgot my password?

Use the Reset Password option.

3. What should I do if I think I should have access to the ConnectMR site?

Use the Reset Password option.  Enter your email address and click submit.
If you get an “Invalid Email Address” error, use the ConnectMR Access Request Form tab.

4. How do I find out if I registered already?

Use the Reset Password option.  Enter your email address and click submit.
If you get an “Invalid Email Address” error, use the ConnectMR Access Request Form tab.

5. What should I do if my initial access to the site has expired?

Email connectmr@mathrecovery.org and please be sure to include your full name.  Your account will be reset and you will receive a new email to set up your password.

6. How do I find my membership status?

Go to the Online Store and access My Information. Click “Edit Information” to see your membership information.

7. How do I renew my membership?

Go to the Online Store and click the Purchase Membership tab.

8. What do I do if I completed my membership but I can’t log on?

Use the ConnectMR Access Request Form tab.

9. I was trying to access a ConnectMR tab and it states, “Insufficient Privileges.”  What do I do?

Use the ConnectMR Access Request Form tab.

10. What should I do if there are materials or features that I would like to see added to the site?

Email your suggestions to connectmr@mathrecovery.org.  Include as many details as you can about what you would like to see on the site.
